Q. I am in the room, but no one can hear me while I am speaking. Why can't
they hear me?
A. Check your microphone volume ... it's the first slider on the lower left
corner on the bottom of the screen. If they still cannot hear you open the Windows
recording controls and be sure your microphone is selected as the input
device. The balance slider should be in the middle, and volume slider all the
way to the right.
Q. I am in the room and I can not hear anyone speaking. Why not?
A. Be sure your speaker volume is turned up. If it still does not work, be sure
your speakers are plugged into the right jack. If you can already hear sounds,
then sound is working on your computer. Be sure the blue bubble is appearing
next to the speakers name, and that they are not experiencing any
trouble with their system setup.
